MELT DOWN THE BUTTER IN A MEDIUM HOT POT

ADD CHOPPED ONIONS UNTIL FRAGRANT

LOWER THE HEAT

COVER FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTES UNTIL THICK

ADD BROCCOLI. FOLLOWED BY CARROTS AND CREAM

ADD CHEDDAR CHEESE AND SEASONINGS

STIR UNTIL ALL MELDED AND FRAGRANT

COVER ON LOW HEAT FOR ANOTHER 5-10 MINUTES
