** adapted from "Taste of Home" **

Ingredients
6 medium ripe peaches (peeled and sliced)
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (I used a PYREX 2.5-inch x 2.4-inch deep dish)
Arrange peaches into crust (**you can use any simple dough for the deep-dish pies you want. I was not too fond of the way mine came out. So above is a store-bought one, but I should have stuck with mine because the kids at work enjoyed it better**)
In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, and salt.
Stir in whipping cream until smooth. Pour over peaches (I covered the peaches with the store-bought dough)
Bake approximately 40-45 minutes (I use a timer to ensure doneness)
Serve it with vanilla ice cream
